How do I order
Satellite Programming for my Big Dish?
First you need to have the following information available.
1. Your Unit ID( VC #), i.e.
0000-0000-FF00
this number is needed for your analog channels
2. If you have a 4DTV You will
need your Unit ID for your Digital, i.e.
0012-0000-0000, as well as the analog ID.
There are
three different ways to order programming for your Big Dish
1. Order by phone, call us at
1-866-266-4460 or 1-605-247-3371 and place your order with a
representative.
2. E-mail your order. Send us
an e-mail at
inquiry@dishsupplies.com
to include the choice of programming and unit Id's as well as your
credit card information, or a phone number that we may contact you for
your credit card information.
3. Order online using our
secure order form.
From any page on our site you can just click on the links in the left
side pannel under Buy Programming. Choose the link that your interested
in, either Ala carte (individual channels) or choose from one of our
packages. We also offer Digital programming choices as well as pay per
view events (when available).
Once you are at the shopping area, you will notice the different terms
of services available. Just click on the price in the term of
your programming choice. If you would like to see the prices and total
as you shop just click on view shopping cart, from here you will be
able to scroll down , make your choice and scroll back up to view your
total.
Once your choices have been made, and the cart is viewed you just click
on either create printable quote , clear order ( to start over)
or Check out.
At Check out you will see your complete order and the total price. Here
you will need to enter your satellite system information as well as
your email address.
Please use a verifiable email as this is how dishsupplies will send you
a message confirming your order and activation, also to send our
customers renewal notices and up coming specials.
You don't put your credit card information here, you will be
directed to a secure page to enter that information.

Click continue when information is completed.
Here your Satellite information as well as your programming choices
will show and you can verify that the information is correct by
clicking the continue button at the bottom.
You are then directed to our secure Credit Card information site. you
will need to enter your credit card number with expiration date, as
well as the name and address as it appears on the card. Click the
submit transaction button at the bottom and if your card is accepted
your programming will be on in minutes. Please Have Your system on
G5-18 for analog and G0-07 for digitals.
We will send you a confirmation email that your services have been
activated and verify that you have received the signal sent to your
system. It is that simple!
